Saturday
From 6.30pm, friendly welcome in the farmhouse parlour with traditional Tyrolean snack.
Certified sommelier, Helmuth, talks about Oberraindlhof’s 6th wine festival.

Sunday
From 7pm, gourmet dinner on the theme of "South Tyrol"
7-course degustation menu with tasting of 8 South Tyrolean wines

Monday
Convivial wine hike on the “Schnalser Waalweg” trail, passing Juval Castle and on to the Himmelreichhof winery with a picnic among the vines. Tyrolean delicacies and folk music in the evening.

Tuesday
Start at 7 am at Oberraindlhof
As an aperitif we head to Franciacorta, Italy’s most prestigious sparkling wine growing region, and then call in to the Cavalleri winery in Erbusco. We then proceed into the realm of the Barolo and Barbaresco in the wine region of Piedmont. Visit to the Conterno Fantino winery in Barolo region, convivial evening meal and overnight at the hotel.

Wednesday
After breakfast we go on in the Barbaresco wine region, to the Giuseppe Cortese winery,
visit and tasting at the winery, return to Oberraindlhof

Thursday
Gourmet dinner on the theme of "Italy"; 7 courses with tasting of 8 Italian wines

Friday
Evening lecture by a producer of balsamic vinegar and tasting of different “Aceti Balsamico”

Saturday
Trip home - until we meet again at the 7th Wine Festival in 2011!
