Tobogganing in the Schnalstal Valley Winter fun for all ages

In South Tyrol, tobogganing is a traditional form of transportation and transport. These days, people of all ages enjoy tobogganing for recreation. The Schnalstal Valley Glacier ski area provides a well-prepared toboggan run for tobogganing fans.

The Lazaun toboggan run starts at 2,433 metres at the rustic Lazaunhütte mountain hut up above the timber line. It runs 3.3 kilometres over sunny slopes down to the lower chairlift station in Maso Corto/Kurzras. From Maso Corto, one can conveniently return to the toboggan run's starting point with the Lazaun cable car. You can rent toboggans at the ski rental shop at Maso Corto.

The toboggan run will also remain closed in winter 2023/2024 for legal reasons.
