One of the most beautiful mountain refuges in the magnificent mountains of South Tyrol, with a view of the Hochjochferner Glacier.
Beautiful ascent through the Langgrubtal Valley and Lazaun’s high plateau, with breathtaking flora and fauna.
The ascent through the Lagauntal Valley is a must for every visitor to the Schnalstal Valley. It is easily reachable.
The Finailhof, once the highest corn farm in Europe, offers excellent food as well as a terrific view of Vernago Lake.
Tisenhof is a popular eating establishment for hikers and cyclists, located directly on the European Long-Distance Trail E5. The area above Vernago Lake is the stuff of dreams.
The breathtaking landscapes of the Similaunferner Glacier, the splendid view and the excellent service from the Pirpamer family more than compensates for the tough ascent.
Accessible to all due to its unique location. This quaint mountain inn is a „must-do“ for everyone on ski holiday in Schnalstal Valley. It can be reached directly from Oberraindlhof.
This hut, arguably the valley’s most authentic, is easily reached from Oberraindlhof. Here you’ll get a sense of authentic South Tyrolean tradition.
This hut, too, can be reached by hiking from Oberraindlhof through the wild and romantic Penaudtal Valley. The high valley is an insider tip, and the inn’s offerings round out a true hiking experience.
This hut above Certosa can also be reached on foot from the hotel. It’s a splendid place to stop for a bit of refreshment after a tour to the Kreuzspitze peak and Saxalbsee lake.
The Pfossental Valley is surely a highlight of any hiking holiday. The Mitterkaser Alm has a rustic charm and can be easily reached.
The Rableidalm is our special insider tip. A true gem in the heart of the Pfossental Valley. Heidi, Babsi and Stoffl will make you feel right at home. They also have excellent, home-made cheeses. Something of the Rableidalm can even be found at Oberraindlhof ... :-)
