These are our diligent housekeepers Valentina and Ulli. With a lot of love for details and a lot of effort they do their best to make the rooms even more comfortable for you day after day.

After our chef visited the hotel and catering school in Bressanone, his professional career was as follows:
- from 1982 to 1985 he was employed in Hotel Diana in Siusi allo Sciliar,
- from 1987 to 1988 in the Romantic Hotel Guardaval in Scuol Engadine,
- from 1988 to 1994 in Hotel Diana in Siusi allo Sciliar,
- from 1995 to 1996 in the Restaurant Kuppelrain in Castelbello,
- from 1996 to 2005 in the Restaurant Langenstein in Solda,
- from 2005 to 2007 in Hotel/Restaurant Latscher Hof in Laces,
- until finally joining us in 2007 in the Oberraindlhof.
However, part of his team is also Johanna, she makes sure you only find the best of food on your plate.
