These are our diligent housekeepers Valentina and Ulli. With a lot of love for details and a lot of effort they do their best to make the rooms even more comfortable for you day after day.

Our chef Günter Veith:
After our chef visited the hotel and catering school in Bressanone, his professional career was as follows:
  • from 1982 to 1985 he was employed in Hotel Diana in Siusi allo Sciliar,
  • from 1987 to 1988 in the Romantic Hotel Guardaval in Scuol Engadine,
  • from 1988 to 1994 in Hotel Diana in Siusi allo Sciliar,
  • from 1995 to 1996 in the Restaurant Kuppelrain in Castelbello,
  • from 1996 to 2005 in the Restaurant Langenstein in Solda,
  • from 2005 to 2007 in Hotel/Restaurant Latscher Hof in Laces,
  • until finally joining us in 2007 in the Oberraindlhof.

However, part of his team is also Johanna, she makes sure you only find the best of food on your plate.
